Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Kindly contact us to initiate a refund or exchange before you send the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The conditions for refund or exchange policy are:

  • The product should be unwashed.

  • The product should not be used.

  • No pet or human hair on the product.

  • No stains or scratches of any kind on the product.

  • The tag of the product (if applicable) and proof of purchase, that is invoice or receipt.


The above conditions must be followed to ensure that you can claim a refund or an exchange.

For hygiene reasons, no jewellery will be accepted for returns as well as exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

  • No customized product can be exchanged or refunded once the delivery has been dispatched (check the section "Customized products")

We will not accept the returns on products for any reason other than mentioned above. 

Wrong / Damaged / Defective product received

If you have received a damaged or defective product or incorrect size, please send us an email at with the details. Attach a picture of the damage or defect or incorrect size. After verifying the damage, we will replace the product in 8 to 10  business days depending on the availability. Please note that replacement requests for damaged or defective or incorrect goods should be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the order via email at or call our customer care at +358 44 922 5830. The damaged product should be returned in the same condition as received with all tags.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 working days.


Customized products


All customized products are made to order, it usually takes 5-10 working days for them to be ready. Once the order confirmation e-mail that you have received the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you have placed an order by mistake, kindly notify us within 24 hours of placing the order and your order cancellation will be confirmed with an e-mail.

No customized product will be accepted as returns once it has been dispatched or delivered. If you have specific instructions kindly send us an e-mail with those instructions.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to Anundilankatu 10A, Rauma 26100- Finland. The customer pays for the postage of exchange and return.

  • If the size is not right and you would like to change to another size of the same product which will be applicable based on the availability of that size.


To return your product, you should mail your product to Anundilankatu 10A, Rauma 26100- Finland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Order not picked up


Note! An undisclosed shipment is not the same thing as a product returned.


If the customer does not pick up the product ordered from the delivery point, they will be charged a return and handling fee of 20Euros to Findiasta after the return of shipment. The fee corresponds to the actual cost of return, delivery and handling. The customer is thus reimbursed for the value of the order after the delivery and the handling fee has been subtracted from it (20Euros).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If required, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
